The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

Nuba Vin Nature, a creation of the innovative winery Aubert & Mathieu from Languedoc, emphasizes a radical approach to winemaking focused on naturalness and minimalism. This winery, which recognizes no boundaries in its pursuit of diversity and purity, has produced a wine with Nuba that is completely organic and free of added sulfites. The Vin Nature approach means minimal intervention during the vinification process and no chemical additives, making the wine a pure expression of the grapes and their terroir. With Nuba, made primarily from Cinsault and Grenache Noir, Aubert & Mathieu offers a wine that combines freshness, liveliness, and direct fruit expression, just as nature intended.

The Nuba Vin Nature treats the senses to a rich palette of flavors and aromas. Upon opening the bottle, we encounter inviting aromas of wild strawberries, cherries, and raspberries, revealing a wonderful freshness and fruitiness. These characteristics are typical of the natural vinification process, in which the whole-bunch grapes macerate for three weeks and then mature in concrete vats for six months, without the addition of sulfites. This process helps capture the raw, unfiltered essence of the fruit, resulting in a wine that is both juicy and nuanced, with a refreshing acidity that makes every sip a delight.

Nuba Vin Nature is not only a winemaking statement but also an excellent companion for a variety of dishes. This wine pairs beautifully with cold meat platters, tapas, or a savory ratatouille, making it perfect for convivial moments and gourmet experiences. Its versatility makes it a favorite for both informal gatherings and more formal dinners. Every bottle of Nuba invites sharing and enjoyment, promising to always be at home, no matter the occasion. Aubert & Mathieu continue to push the boundaries with Nuba, providing wine lovers with an authentic experience that delights both the heart and the palate.
