Antares Chardonnay aged in light wood

All wines are single-varietal, pure, fermented, and bottled without oak. This is to showcase the quality of Chile and its grapes to the world. However, Antares Chardonnay is an exception. This top-quality Chardonnay is lightly oaked. Approximately 30 percent of the juice is lightly oaked, after which it is blended with the unaged Chardonnay. This gives the white wine a touch more body and power.
