Vineyards and region
The 24-hectare Aaldering Estate is located in the Devon Valley, in the heart of Stellenbosch. Its cooler valley location, combined with sustainable viticulture and precision techniques such as satellite monitoring, ensures optimal ripeness while maintaining elegance. The Pinotage grapes are hand-harvested and processed with the utmost care for terroir expression.
Vinification and maturation
This Blanc de Noir is made exclusively from Pinotage grapes, with the skins separated directly from the juice. This creates an almost white wine with the subtle structure of a red grape. The wine is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, which enhances its fruity character and refinement. It is aged in stainless steel to preserve its freshness.
