Completely hand-harvested for this Sinzero Chardonnay

Timing the start of the harvest is precision work, but leave that to Sinzero's winemaker. He harvests the grapes entirely by hand at ideal ripeness. Each bunch is inspected and gathered early in the morning. This ensures a very pure harvest, giving this alcohol-free wine a unique and smooth character. Once all the bunches are harvested, they are gently pressed and aged for several months in Sinzero's cellars.

The aroma and taste of the Sinzero Chardonnay

Using a unique "spinning one-column" technique, the alcohol is removed from the wine without losing any flavor or aroma. This makes it a truly top-notch alcohol-free wine. Upon pouring, we see a wonderful Chardonnay color, deep golden yellow with a light honey-like sheen. It has a rich aroma, bringing to mind notes of tropical fruit, peaches, and some citrus. The palate is full-bodied and ripe, with abundant yellow fruit, including peach and mango.
