Buy or order Poliziano wine
In exceptional years, Poliziano creates a separate Riserva from its two top vineyards, in addition to the "regular" Vino Nobile. These wines are released under their respective names: Vigneto Caggiole and Vigna Asinone. The Caggiole is the more elegant of the two: a complex wine with a hint of roses on the nose, and it's quicker to drink. The Asinone needs more time, is more full-bodied, and more robust. A true powerhouse. Both are wines well suited for ageing.
