Today, they remain Australia's most renowned winery. Their most famous wine is the now world-famous Penfolds Grange. The same applies to the white Yattarna. Together, these wines set the standard for a winemaking process where patience and dedication lead to exceptional quality; a process now overseen by arguably the world's most famous winemaker: Peter Gago.
