It’s All About Rosé 2025 is a fresh, fruity rosé from the Languedoc with a light Mediterranean style. Pale salmon-pink in color, supple on the palate, and made for sunny drinks, light dishes, and relaxed moments at the table.
This rosé comes from the IGP Saint-Guilhem le Désert, in the Languedoc-Roussillon.
Location / Origin: The grapes grow around Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian, at the foot of Mont Saint-Baudille. This part of the Languedoc combines Mediterranean warmth with dry conditions, allowing the grapes to ripen beautifully.
Soil: The vineyards are situated on calcareous clay soils. Chalk helps keep the wine fresh and precise, while clay contributes to roundness and fruit expression.
Climate & Influences: The Mediterranean climate provides plenty of sun and ripe fruit. The dry conditions help to keep the grapes healthy and concentrated.
The vinification is modern and focused on freshness, gentle extraction, and a refined color.
Fermentation: Processing is aimed at preserving fresh fruit and elegance. This gives the wine its light salmon-pink color, soft structure, and accessible rosé style.
Extraction: Extraction remains deliberately gentle. This keeps the rosé supple, fresh, and delicate, with a subtle color and a light, refreshing finish.
Alcohol content: With 12.5% alcohol, this rosé has enough body for its fruity style while remaining light and easy-drinking.
