The vinification of Laurent Miquel rosé

This rosé wine is made from eighty percent Cinsault grapes and twenty percent Syrah. This combination creates a pleasant yet challenging rosé. To maximize fruit conditions, the grapes are harvested at night with strict selection of the ripe fruit. After a long, temperature-controlled fermentation in tanks, it ages for several months in Laurent Miquel's cellars. Laurent Miquel Père et Fils Syrah Grenache is a deep pink wine with an inviting aroma of ripe red fruit with hints of grapefruit and strawberry. The well-structured palate reveals a beautiful balance between freshness and ripe fruit, with a delicate, light grapefruit note and a hint of peach, finishing with a pleasantly surprising, long finish.
