The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

This is truly a fine wine, beautiful and natural. The French Perrin family produces their wines very organically from their own vineyard. The result is attractive and charming wines. Take a sip and judge for yourself. A beautiful blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier.

The Perrin family winery is located in the small town of Orange. The family has 325 hectares at their disposal and knows how to make the most of the local conditions. The grapes come from cool-situated vineyards. The soil consists of limestone and is highly varied due to the influence of water currents. It consists of calcareous clay and gravel. The philosophy is that you can make good wine by allowing the grapes to flourish in the best possible natural conditions. Nothing is left to chance. The grapes are all harvested by hand, rigorously selected, and pneumatically pressed. Once in the cellar, they macerate for several days. This is followed by temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Afterward, the young wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks to partially undergo malolactic fermentation and mature. After 8 months of aging, the wine is bottled. What makes this wine so special is its enormous power, despite not being aged in oak. The entire process is meticulously managed, requiring regular tasting.

This Perrin white wine is wonderfully fresh and has wonderful depth. It has a delightful aroma with hints of flowers and a lovely acidity on the palate. Its yellowish color radiates in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of lime, pear, and peach. The palate reveals apple, melon, and a hint of white pepper. It has a remarkably clean and pleasant finish with subtle acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with fish dishes.
