Pascal Gibault is the third generation of the family estate. He is assisted by his wife, Daniëlle, and his brother, Bernard. The estate is located in the village of Noyers-sur-Cher. The vineyards, covering approximately 18 hectares, lie along the banks of the Cher River, in the heart of the appellation. This is where this Gibault Sauvignon Blanc Touraine is made!
