Under the "Confidencia" label, Perfectewijn presents a trio of wines with excellent value for money, originating from the Cariñena region, Spain. Located in the heart of Cariñena, 50 km southeast of Zaragoza, is the Covinca winery. The grapes are supplied by 700 affiliated winegrowers, representing a total area of 3,000 hectares of vines at an altitude of 650 meters. The Macabeo grape variety (Macabeu in Catalan) is widely grown in the Cariñena region. This grape is ideal for producing dry white wines with mild acidity and suitable for drinking young. The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed at 12 degrees Celsius, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18 degrees Celsius.
