Château d’Astros Amour Rosé 2025 Côtes de Provence, France
Château d’Astros Amour Rosé 2025 is the signature rosé from Château d’Astros, made from Grenache, Cinsault, and Tibouren from Provence. This Côtes de Provence rosé has more structure and gastronomic depth than the lighter Aventure style, with zesty citrus, white peach, yellow fruit, and a long, fresh finish with fine spice.
Vineyards and region
Château d’Astros is located in the Var, in the heart of Provence.
Location / Origin: The wine comes from AOP Côtes de Provence, an appellation renowned worldwide for elegant, dry rosé with freshness, finesse, and Mediterranean fruit expression.
Vineyard area: The estate is situated within a 600-hectare nature reserve, 80 hectares of which are planted with vines. This combination of vineyard, nature, and biodiversity plays an important role in the style of Château d’Astros.
Soil: Château d’Astros works with 2 important soil types. Alluvial soils along the Argens river produce light, fruity, and fresh wines, while drier clay-limestone soils provide aromatic concentration and extra depth.
Climate & Influences: The 2025 vintage saw regular spring rain, a warm summer without extreme heat, and cool nights. This allowed the grapes to ripen evenly while maintaining freshness and aromatic precision.
Winemaking and aging
Amour Rosé is crafted as a structured and refined gastronomic rosé.
Winemaking style: The style revolves around elegance, fruit purity, and a silky-smooth texture. The fresh citrus line keeps the wine vibrant, while ripe yellow fruit and a spicy finish add extra depth.
Vintage expression: The 2025 rosés from Château d’Astros stand out for their balance, freshness, and precision. This gives Amour Rosé its bright fruit, broad mouthfeel, and long, fresh finish.
Grape composition
The blend combines Provençal roundness, freshness, and spicy refinement.
Grenache – Côtes de Provence: Grenache gives this rosé its ripe fruit, soft roundness, and Mediterranean suppleness.
Cinsault – Côtes de Provence: Cinsault brings lightness, freshness, and refined fruit expression to the blend.
Tibouren – Côtes de Provence: Tibouren is a characteristic Provençal grape variety that adds spice, finesse, and extra regional identity.
Tasting notes and serving suggestions

The taste is broad and silky-smooth, with refreshing tension, clear fruit expression, and a precise finish. This is a gastronomic Provence rosé with length, elegance, and a beautiful spicy refinement.
Serving temperature: Serve at 8–10 °C, so that the citrus freshness, soft fruit, and refined spice remain beautifully crisp.
Dishes: Wonderful with grilled fish, tuna tataki, shellfish, Provençal chicken, salads with grilled vegetables, burrata, light pastas, or Mediterranean dishes with fresh herbs.
