The most successful in this series is The Wolftrap. Here, the winemaker's French influence is clearly visible. No boring wines with Chardonnay or Merlot, but perfectly structured South African wines with an astonishing amount of depth. The grape varieties are recognizable: Mourvedre, Grenache Blanc, Syrah, Cinsault, and Viognier. The influences from the Cotes du Rhone are immediately apparent.
