The king of sparkling wines from Argentina is this Alyda Brut from Salentein. It's comparable to a top Champagne because the Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes, as well as the production process, are identical to those of Champagne. A truly prestigious project for Salentein, this unique sparkling wine is dosage-free. This means no sugar is added. This is also called Brut Nature, and is only possible if everything is of exceptional quality. Therefore, a special vineyard in Valle de Uco is selected for this Alyda.
Completely hand-harvested for this Alyda Brut
After being hand-harvested, it matures with yeast in the bottle in the Salentein cellars for 24 months. During this time, it develops into a true gem, a real treat, whatever you like. This Alyda also draws on older wines, particularly Chardonnay, which Salentein has aged for five years in oak barrels. You can taste this in this beautiful interplay! The aroma reveals notes of baked bread, walnuts, ripe peaches, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, you'll find an exquisitely soft mousse, beautiful ripe flavors of apricots, vanilla, oak, yellow cream, tropical fruit, and much more! It's pure enjoyment.Product details
