AIX Beau Viva comes from the alcohol-free range of Maison Saint Aix.
Location / Origin: The grapes come from the sunny south of France. Maison Saint Aix keeps vinification entirely in-house, ensuring the style remains fresh, pure, and recognizable.
Region: Provence is strongly associated with light, elegant rosé. Beau Viva follows this tradition with a sparkling alcohol-free style that revolves around freshness, red fruit, and refinement.
Wine style: This is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé with fine bubbles, citrus freshness, and vibrant red fruit. The taste is fresh, fruity, and smooth, with enough structure to avoid feeling flat or like lemonade.
Alcohol content: With 0.0% alcohol, Beau Viva is suitable for anyone who consciously wants to drink alcohol-free but is looking for a festive rosé experience.
Beau Viva is first made as a wine and then carefully de-alcoholized.
Vacuum distillation: The alcohol is removed via vacuum distillation. By lowering the boiling point under vacuum, the alcohol can be gently extracted while the delicate aromas are better preserved.
Temperature & Duration: De-alcoholization takes place at 25–30 °C and lasts 5–6 hours. This low temperature helps to keep the fresh fruit, citrus, and rosé structure intact.
Carbonation: After de-alcoholization, the wine is infused with CO₂ again. This gives Beau Viva its clear, soft bubbles and ensures it remains lively in the glass.
Vegan & GMO-free: Beau Viva is vegan and GMO-free, making it broadly applicable for various drinking occasions and preferences.
This alcohol-free sparkling rosé is made from Colombard.
Colombard – South of France: Colombard gives Beau Viva its fresh citrus, lively acidity, light structure, and refreshing aromatic tension.
