Cazes Winery is one of the largest and most prestigious wineries in Europe. Since 1997, this winery, located in the Roussillon wine region of southern France, has specialized entirely in producing organic wines certified with the Ecocert. The results speak for themselves. This winery produces a range of flawless and delicious wines at exceptionally attractive prices. They own approximately 160 hectares of vineyards, making them the largest. Their operational process, from grape growing to bottled wine, is fully monitored by Ecocert, the official body that awards the "Ecocert" only upon compliance with the very strict regulations, guaranteeing flawless and flavorful wines. Today, Emmanuel Cazes is the winemaker and responsible for all the wonderful wines produced by this winery.

Quality is paramount in every Domaine Cazes wine. After harvest, the grapes are carefully picked, ensuring only the very best juice reaches the bottle. Several elements contribute to this beautiful wine. The estate boasts extensive knowledge, passion, craftsmanship, and ideal conditions. The vineyards are located around the town of Rivesaltes in the Roussillon region. The soil consists of clay and slate, resulting in a distinctive flavor. Aromas of dried fruit and hazelnut are evident. The palate also features notes of walnuts, raisins, and dates. This Rivesaltes Ambre Domaine Cazes has a beautifully refined flavor. Not overly sweet, but rather very ripe. Traditionally aged in old oak barrels for seven years, this gives it its beautiful amber color.
