Harvesting is a precise job. Farina's winemaker must determine the exact point for harvesting very early in the morning. They start very early in the morning to protect the bunches from oxidation and bruising during transport. When the Pinot Grigio grapes arrive at Farina, a whole team is ready to select the bunches. Only the best are processed, after which the skins ferment briefly. This gives this rosé blush its beautiful light and bright pink color.

The result is a remarkably refreshing and ripe rosé. This begins immediately upon opening the bottle, as we smell a unique bouquet of light red fruit with hints of citrus and red flowers. In the glass, it transforms into a soft pink with a subtle orange shimmer. It smells of fresh forest fruit with hints of peach, pineapple, and lime. The presence of lime in the soil structure creates a swarm of herbs and lime. On the palate, this Farina Pinot Grigio delle Venezie Blush Rosé is fresh and ripe on the palate.
