Pinot Grigio grapes are used for this Firmian Fildirose Rosé. This grape variety releases a considerable amount of color on its skin. The vines are grown in Firmian's sunniest vineyards. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of up to three thousand meters above sea level, which, in addition to the many hours of sunshine, also provides the grapes with sufficient coolness. This freshness is crucial; without it, the grapes would ripen too quickly. This coolness, therefore, ensures a consistent growing season. When the winemaker is satisfied with the ripeness of the grapes, they are harvested in the early morning. The entire harvest is carried out by hand for a strict selection based on the quality of the grapes. After vinification, this delicious rosé is aged in the bottle for several months in the Firmian cellars.

A beautiful soft pink color. This is due to the Pinot Grigio's skin, which naturally releases a slight color. However, the distinctive aromas of Pinot Grigio are clearly present in the nose. Beautiful aromas of red fruit like raspberries and strawberries. We also detect the light spiciness of Pinot Grigio. The palate is full-bodied yet soft, with just the right amount of freshness. Plenty of red fruit and subtle nuances of grapefruit and cherry. The finish is wonderfully refreshing. When we close our eyes, we imagine ourselves on a terrace in the sunshine of an old Italian village. Wonderful!
