A Spanish Rosé, but with a Provence style. It comes from the Spanish wine region of Penedes and is slightly lighter than we're used to from Spanish Rosé. But that's precisely what the winemakers want. The goal is to develop a rosé that truly appeals to the tastes of true rosé lovers.

At Born Rose, it's all about enjoyment. No fuss, just open the bottle and enjoy a good rosé. They believe that far too much of it revolves around old-fashioned winemaking and complicated fuss. While it should be about the substance. They're convinced that the wine world can be more relaxed and enjoyable. And that's precisely why they created a different brand. They draw inspiration from rosés from France's Provence, the West Coast of the United States, and the Scandinavian countries. But there was one thing missing: rosé from Barcelona itself. In 2019, they launched Born Rose Barcelona. A different kind of rosé, designed to be light and open. Made entirely from organic Tempranillo and Garnache grapes. The best of the best, as they say themselves. But from experience, after tasting this rosé, we can easily conclude that Born Rose certainly knows how to make wine.

The soft taste of Born Rose Barcelona

It has a beautiful pale pink color with occasional bluish reflections. It's expressive, with abundant, delicious aromas of citrus fruits like grapefruit and passion fruit, along with tropical notes of pineapple and mango. In the background, we smell floral notes and fresh herbs. It has a lovely, sweet flavor with a smooth, balanced palate. Its light acidity carries nicely into the finish. A rosé that pairs perfectly with Mediterranean dishes.
