La Villette is an old Parisian neighborhood from which all of Paris was once supplied with wine and food. This was done by boat or horse-drawn carriage. The label of this delicious wine also harks back to this era, depicting the river on which the barges sailed with supplies. La Villette wines are made using the Vin de France label. This means that grapes from different regions are allowed to be blended. The grapes for this red wine come from vineyards located at the foot of the Pyrenees in southwestern France and from vineyards along the Mediterranean coast. This ensures perfect diversity.

La Villette Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. These delicious grapes are aged for 6 to 9 months in French and American oak. This already promises a lot of good. Upon pouring, the wine's beautiful deep red color is immediately noticeable. The aroma offers rich and full flavors of black fruit, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, and vanilla. The taste is ripe and intense, with powerful nuances of black fruit combined with spices and a soft hint of vanilla. The finish is intense and full-bodied with pleasant tannins.
