Vineyards and region
The grapes come from Italy, Abruzzo, from the IGT Terre di Chieti. This is a selection within the Walraven Sax line, focused on pure, ripe fruit and drinkability.
Vinification and maturation
Modern vinification, aged in stainless steel, preserves the red fruit's brightness and maintains the wine's fresh signature. The ripe character remains beautifully balanced thanks to the light, pleasant structure. Alcohol 12.5%.

100% Merlot. Juicy, smooth, and accessible, with an emphasis on cherries and a hint of spice.
Tasting notes and serving suggestions
Ruby red in color. The nose reveals cherries and a subtle spicy note. The palate is medium-bodied, beautifully balanced, and finishes soft and rounded. Serve at 16–18°C. Delicious with tomato pasta dishes, grilled poultry, lasagna, or an antipasti platter.
