This Italian family business should almost be a model for many winemakers, as year after year, this winery produces wines of an unprecedentedly high and consistent quality, always prioritizing quality. Today, the company is run with passion, ambition, and dedication by the children of founder Sergio. They carefully harvest each bunch of grapes by hand. Each harvest is carried out respecting natural time and traditional knowledge, yet still benefits from innovative methods. In the cellars, the wine follows its true path. The must is stored to promote optimal fermentation and is then refined, aged, and bottled.

It begins with the aroma. It's already much fuller than wine connoisseurs are used to from a "normal" Soave. You smell a whole range of aromas. Fresh white fruit, apples, pears, and also minerals, which once again emphasize the ultimate freshness. The taste of Colombara Soave Classico is rich and concentrated. The palate of this Zenato is very broad. You clearly taste Granny Smith apples, but also lime, gooseberry, grapefruit, and again those characteristic minerals. Pure and fresh, full and rich. The Zenato Colombara Soave Classico is a special glass in a class of its own. This delicious wine is a perfect accompaniment to appetizers, white meat, and fish.
