Vintage Report
A rosé called 11 Minutes? That piqued our curiosity. But when we discovered the reason, we were pleasantly surprised! Three crucial steps in the production process of this Italian rosé each take exactly 11 minutes. The Pasqua family selected a special vineyard in Veneto for this rosé. Here, the grapes, a blend of Carmenere, Corvina, Syrah, and Trebbiano, receive first-class treatment. With abundant sunshine and the proximity of Lake Garda, the location is ideal. The wine's label is adorned with the poem "Odi et Amo" by the Roman poet Catullus, encircling a portrait of his beloved Lesbia, beautifully depicted by the English artist Sir Edward Poynter. This rosé is a true ode to Veneto love.
