Epicuro's vineyards around Salice Salentino are among the finest in this region. Situated on precisely the right slopes, with the perfect amount of sun, the grapes ripen optimally. This village is located in the far south of Puglia, in the heel of the boot. Because the vineyards are enclosed by the Adriatic and Ionian coasts, a gentle breeze blows through the vineyards at night, allowing the grapes to ripen beautifully. This Salice Salentino is made with the ever-familiar Negroamaro (80%) and Malvasia Nera (20%). Two indigenous grape varieties that have proven themselves in the Italian wine landscape. Moreover, the two varieties bring out the best in each other. Epicuro Salice Salentino is a well-balanced glass of Italian wine that you won't want to stop enjoying.
