If you love Italian wines, Puglia is the place to be. It's one of Italy's most important wine regions, boasting exceptionally good conditions. Botter has been vinifying beautiful wines here for decades. And this Pinot Grigio Organic is a perfect example. Fresh and refined, with beautiful minerals that only a Pinot Grigio can capture in the glass.

Quality wines from Botter

Botter wines have been marketed since 1928. The winery offers a wide range of wines, with most grapes sourced from native vines. They don't limit themselves to their own estates; they vinify grapes and juices from all over Italy. This gives Botter its true national identity and allows them to produce high-quality wines. Today, the third generation is at the helm, and they continue to carefully produce wines from their own 60-hectare organic estate. The vineyards are protected by the Alps from the cool winds from the sea. Winters in Veneto can be quite cold, while summers bring warm temperatures. Pinot Grigio grapes thrive here. The moderate temperatures allow them to ripen evenly and develop their fine qualities. The Pinot Grigio grapes are carefully harvested, crushed, and gently pressed in the winery. The resulting juice then undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation for 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks. After this, the wine is stored in these same tanks until bottling.

A refreshing Pinot Grigio from Botter

This organic wine has a pale yellow color. The aromas are refined, with predominantly apple notes. Refreshing and persistent. The palate is equally refreshing, with the characteristic mineral notes you'd expect from a Pinot Grigio. An ideal aperitif wine, it also pairs exceptionally well with fish dishes.
