In sun-drenched Piedmont, at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level, the Brachetto grapes for this wine are grown. In the Roero region, to be precise, the grapes enjoy a perfect climate. The soil consists of limestone and sand, which gives it unique characteristics. This radiant red wine is wonderfully fruity and beautifully balanced.

Beautiful wines from Piedmont

The Angelo Negro winery dates back to 1670, and thus boasts a rich history. In its early years, two of the estate's most important vineyards were planted for the first time. With some of the most sought-after vineyards in the Roero region, Negro is a major player in the region. Giovanni Negro, the estate's current owner, produced the first registered dry Roero Arneis in 1971. True to tradition, the winery in Monteu Roero now boasts a stunning lineup of Arneis and an impressive range of Roero Nebbiolo. Today, Negro observes organic practices while managing an impressive 64 hectares. The Brachetto grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. This allows for rigorous selection in the vineyard itself, which enhances the final quality. After harvesting, they are transported in boxes to the nearby winery. Here, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Afterward, the grapes undergo a 24-hour maceration at a low temperature. Fermentation finally takes place in stainless steel tanks. After a proper rest, this Birbet Mosto D'uva Parzialmente is ready to be enjoyed.

A balanced fruity red wine

A radiant and very fruity red wine. That's the shortest way to describe this wine. The aromas leap from the glass. Notes of strawberry, rose, and raspberry. These fruity notes are also evident in the palate. A fruity wine with a delicate mousse. Thanks to the acidity, the wine is superbly balanced.
