Meltwater from the snow-capped peaks provides natural and clean irrigation for the vines. The harvest for this Chardonnay grape is carried out entirely by hand during the first week of March. This manual harvest ensures strict selection, ensuring only the finest fruit makes it into the wine. Before aging, this delicious Chardonnay is aged in French oak barrels for eight months. This aging process creates its full, beautifully creamy character.
