The thirty-year-old vines of Bodegas Salentijn have been privileged to thrive in Mendoza's unique climate, where the difference between day and night temperatures promotes the development of vibrant, fresh fruit flavors. Behind this winery lies the vision of Dutch businessman Mijndert Pon, who founded it in 1992. With its unique cross-shaped design, each wing of Bodegas Salentijn houses a small winery. While the ground floor houses stainless steel tanks for cooled fermentation, a lower level, deep underground, houses oak barrels where the wine matures.
