The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

What a refined and elegant Pinot Bianco this is from Ca'Bolani. This wine perfectly captures terroir, craftsmanship, and passion in the glass. With floral notes, this wine captivates, and the tasting experience is completed with a fresh palate and pleasant acidity. Ca'Bolani Pinot Bianco is the ideal wine for lovers of refinement and elegance.

Nestled in the heart of Friuli, between the sea and the mountains, the Ca'Bolani winery is perfectly situated. Acquired by the Zonin family in the 1970s, the estate covers an impressive 570 hectares and is planted on alluvial, mineral-rich soil. The result is a unique terroir that allows for wines with the perfect balance of fruitiness and mineral notes. Thanks to their proximity to the Adriatic Sea and the Alps, the Ca'Bolani vineyards enjoy perfect temperatures with significant fluctuations between day and night, giving the wines their distinctive character and complexity. Over the past decades, considerable work has been done to match the right plot of land with the right grapes, giving Ca'Bolani wines a unique quality that perfectly reflects the characteristics of the terroir. The Ca'Bolani Pinot Bianco winemaking process begins with the careful selection of the grapes, which are then gently pressed. The juice is then fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromas and flavors. Natural yeasts are used during the fermentation process to develop and enhance the wine's unique flavors. Fermentation is followed by a long period on the natural yeasts, which contributes to the wine's complexity and richness.

The result is this straw-yellow wine. Upon smelling this wine, elegant floral notes immediately emerge, beautifully balanced with aromas of white peach and tropical fruit. Tasting this wine reveals a fresh flavor that balances beautifully with the lingering acidity. An elegant finish lingers after drinking. Ca'Bolani Pinot Bianco is a wine that pairs perfectly with light dishes, such as fish or chicken, as well as salads and cheeses. It is a refreshing and elegant wine.
