The vineyards of Kuehn

Founded in 1675, Kuehn Winery remains a leading winery in Alsace after all these years. Its vineyards primarily cultivate classic grape varieties, including Pinot Gris. A beloved grape with a distinctive character, the warm climate allows Pinot Gris to develop exceptionally well. After harvest, the juice is fermented in stainless steel. This preserves Kuehn Pinot Gris's refreshing freshness. However, this exquisite juice is also aged on its own yeast cells, known as the lees.
