Vintage Report
The 2020 vintage in Alsace is considered outstanding, with a score of 94 to 96 points. The wines from this year show great complexity and are still in their youthful stage.
In the picturesque Alsace region, where vines cling to sunny slopes and history mingles with every drop of wine, we find a jewel that embodies the essence of this region: the Dopff au Moulin Domaine Familial Riesling. The Dopff family, with an impressive heritage spanning centuries, owns the largest wine estate in the heart of Alsace, covering an impressive 72 hectares. Their journey began in the 17th century in the picturesque town of Riquewihr. What began as a humble craft of master coopers evolved into a passion for wine when Jean Dopff decided to dedicate himself entirely to viticulture in the 19th century.
