The Portuguese wines of Borges

This classic from Portuguese soil is developed by Vinhos Borges. This winery has been active since the late 19th century, long before the Portuguese wine revival began. This revival was partly due to Portugal's membership in the European Union in 1986. From that time on, the necessary agricultural subsidies became available, allowing for significant investment in the vineyards; an opportunity Vinhos Borges didn't miss.
