Allendorf is a family-owned winery with a rich history and a deep-rooted appreciation for winemaking. The winery has a long history and has been in the family for centuries. They carefully select their grapes and meticulously monitor every step of the vinification process. When the wine reaches its perfect ripeness, they use a carefully controlled dealcoholization process to remove the alcohol while preserving its unique flavors and aromas. Afterward, the Riesling is allowed to mature on the fine lees for several months.
The Allendorf Save Water Drink Riesling presents itself with a bright, straw-yellow color in the glass. The nose offers an attractive bouquet of juicy green apple, crisp lemon, and subtle blossom notes, providing an enticing preview of the tasting experience to come. On the palate, this Riesling is pleasantly dry, with a lively and crisp acidity. Beautifully balanced with a subtle sweetness. Aromas of juicy lemon and green apple fill the palate, complemented by subtle mineral notes and a hint of honey. The finish is long and refreshing, with a lingering fruitiness that leaves you wanting another sip.
The Allendorf Save Water Drink Riesling is a fantastic alcohol-free alternative for lovers of classic Rieslings. It's the perfect choice for those special moments when you want to enjoy the elegance and refinement of a fine wine without the alcohol. Serve this Riesling chilled, ideally with a fresh salad.
