This magnificent specimen is named after the historic tower located between Ciudad Real and Albacete. From this Torre de Vejezate, taxes were levied on goods traveling along this route. The wine is therefore a tribute to the early Spanish trading spirit. This wine is the final product of the Bodgas Crisve winery, located in the heart of La Mancha. DOC La Mancha is Spain's largest wine region, encompassing a large portion of the country southeast of the Spanish capital, Madrid. For a long time, this region was known as Spain's production province, where quality wasn't always paramount. The tide has since turned, and La Mancha has delivered a fine piece of craftsmanship with this Torre de Vejezate Tempranillo.
