This beautiful organic winery has already captured many hearts. The Green Wine Company is part of a cooperative of passionate winemakers who all share the same goal: producing excellent organic wines at an even better price. The biggest dream of these like-minded individuals was to broadly present this fantastic range to the hospitality industry. And they've certainly succeeded, with the wines enjoying unprecedented popularity in many establishments.

The story behind this organic white wine

This delicious organic white wine is made from three different grape varieties: Airen, Sauvignon Blanc, and Verdejo. It's no wonder, then, that this white wine is packed with flavor nuances. But before we can taste this white wine, a lot of work has to be done in The Green Wine Company's organic vineyards. Because the entire process is organic, both the vineyards and the grapes are closely monitored. It's crucial to prevent disease in the vineyards. It's also important to prune properly to prevent the grapes from molding due to excessive moisture. The vineyards with these three beautiful varieties are planted at different altitudes. Airen and Sauvignon Blanc are planted higher than Verdejo, which prefers a much warmer climate than the two cooler grape varieties, Airen and Sauvignon Blanc. When the grapes reach the correct ripeness for each variety, they are harvested, pressed, and vinified. Only then is the final blend composed.
