The vines aren't arranged in straight lines, but rather in a more natural way. There's only one rule in the Libre y Salvaje vineyards: follow nature's laws.

Only when the Garnacha grapes are deemed ripe enough does the harvest begin. This is carried out entirely by hand. This allows for better quality assurance, as the controls are stricter. 20% of the juice is aged in old French oak barrels for a full 14 months. This creates a wonderful aroma.
