This beautiful white wine is made by the Casa ¡Hola! winery. It was an initiative of two entrepreneurs who wanted to produce organic wines with a modern twist in their beloved Spain. Well, they succeeded, and they're based in Barcelona to keep a close eye on all the latest trends. This is now one of the newest wines from this wonderful winery, and what a wine it is! A full-bodied white wine made from the Garnacha grape. The vineyard for this white Garnacha is still young (approximately 10 to 20 years old) but is already producing a top-notch harvest, according to the winemaker.

Once the grapes have enjoyed the perfect climate—plenty of sunshine and a fresh breeze—it's time to bring in the harvest. Part of the harvest is gathered by hand. Upon arrival of the entire harvest, each bunch is thoroughly inspected once again. Only the very best bunches are used in this beautiful white wine. It's no wonder it's so pure and flavorful.

The aroma and taste of the white wine Al Mercado

We open the bottle and pour the wine into a large glass. A greenish-yellow color with a golden sheen fills the glass. It exudes fragrance, offering impressions of flowers, white fruit, and a hint of green herbs. The palate is truly impressive, so beautiful, refined, and full-bodied on the palate with nuances of anise, fennel, and citrus. A touch of toast and ripe fruit lingers on the back of the palate.
