This red Shiraz from Sutton Hill Winery exudes elegance. The winery is located in southern Australia. As they say themselves, and the label also states, "Taste the Heritage from Down Under." And they're absolutely right; you can taste the Australian sun and Shiraz grapes all over. The winery has invested heavily in recent years, including a modern winery. But Sutton Hill's winemaker crafts his wines while maintaining old traditions. This blend of modern and old traditions is perfectly brought together in this bottle of red wine.

The Shiraz grape is, of course, an indispensable part of Australia, as it's the grape that truly flourished here. The grapes enjoy the perfect climate in a sunny location near Sutton Forest in Australia. The sun does its work, ripening the bunches quickly. Fortunately, there's also a strong breeze blowing off the ocean through the vineyards, providing cooling and contributing to a unique harvest. As soon as all the grapes are ripe, they are harvested in the morning. A strict selection follows, giving this Sutton Hill red its purity.

Delicious spicy red wine

Pouring this red wine reveals a beautiful dark red color with a purple sheen. It flows from the glass, offering notes of refined spices, ripe black fruit, and hints of leather and vanilla. On the palate, the Shiraz grape imparts a subtle tingle on the tongue, along with a rich spice palette. We also noted fruity notes of blackberry and cherry, along with hints of dried plums. Wonderfully full-bodied with a sultry finish.
