An early growing season with excellent flowering ensured full bunches, followed by an exceptionally dry period until harvest. Cooler temperatures in January and February slowed ripening, allowing the grapes to hang longer on the vine and develop extra aromatic intensity.

Grape and vinification

The grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with selected yeasts. This approach is entirely focused on preserving the aromatic expression of the grape.

In the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc displays a light straw-yellow color with green reflections. The wine is characterized by aromas of citrus, passionfruit, gooseberry, and a slight herbaceousness. On the palate, it has a full yet refined structure, with a fresh, crisp finish.
