Bon Courage Winery is located in the town of Robertson, nestled in the eponymous wine region. The vineyards are situated along the Breede River, one of South Africa's most spectacular rivers. The Bon Courage Estate Chardonnay Prestige Cuvée is crafted from the finest Chardonnay grapes. The old vines are deeply rooted, providing the Chardonnay grapes with abundant nutrients and an unprecedented terroir. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand under the strict supervision of Bon Courage's winemaker. After vinification, the wine is first left to rest on its own lees. Finally, the Bon Courage Estate Chardonnay Prestige Cuvée is aged for approximately eight months in French oak.
