The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

This Magnum is a double bottle, holding 1.5 liters. Ruinart's most famous Champagne is this Blanc de Blancs, a Champagne made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape! In this Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, you can clearly smell and taste the style of France's oldest Champagne house. Full-bodied and powerful, yet incredibly well-balanced.

Founded in 1729, Ruinart Champagne is the oldest established champagne house in the world and a global symbol of expertise and the art of living à la française, as evidenced by the Ruinart Rosé. Ruinart boasts three centuries of history and a never-ending pursuit of excellence. Ruinart is a champagne that is simply unmistakable in both form and taste. These grapes come from Ruinart's finest vineyards and contracted winegrowers, all grown in the Côte des Blanc. This area within the Champagne region boasts the best climate and terroir for Chardonnay grapes. Here, these grapes can grow carefree and in complete tranquility. All grapes for this Ruinart Champagne Blanc de Blancs are harvested by hand. This results in a rigorous selection process for only the finest fruit. As you can imagine, only the best is good enough for this exceptional Champagne. What makes Ruinart Champagnes unique is that they are made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. Almost all other Champagnes consist of multiple grape varieties, making it easier to create a perfect blend. If only Chardonnay can be used, blending different Chardonnay grapes and vintages is much more challenging.

The nose is fresh and minerally with hints of fresh fruit, particularly citrus. It's complemented by notes of white flowers, pineapple, and apricot. Wonderfully full and expressive fruit. On the palate, it has an exceptionally fine mouthfeel with delicate aromas. A creamy mousse makes it soft and round. Wonderfully dry. Pure and fresh with delicious fruit. Beautiful length. This Blanc de Blancs Brut has undergone a long maturation period of 36 months in the Ruinart cellars! The long wait has resulted in an exceptionally pure Champagne that is highly prized by connoisseurs.
