A few years ago, we fell head over heels in love with the Robert Vic Delicate Rosé, so our expectations were sky-high. We opened the bottle (with the glass stopper), poured the white wine, and took a sip of this French delight. A single sip sent us into ecstasy. All expectations for Robert Vic Delicate Wit were met!

4 months of wood aging for this Delicate

The driving force behind this stunning white wine is Robert Vic. This winery has been managing the vineyards in southeastern France, specifically in the Languedoc, for five generations. Currently, Jerome and Aurelie are at the helm of this leading winery. They own an impressive 180 hectares of vineyards, spread across all the major regions of the Languedoc. For Robert Vic Delicate White, the winemaker has chosen a distinctive grape: Vermentino. This grape is widely grown in countries like Italy, but it also grows with great pleasure in Robert Vic's vineyards. The grapes are harvested precisely when the winemaker deems them ripe enough. After fermentation, the juice also undergoes a subtle oak aging of four months. This gives the Robert Vic Delicate White a little more body.

This celebration, made from the acclaimed Vermentino grape, is a pleasure to drink. Vermentino has an approachable quality, yet can also be incredibly distinctive. It delivers a unique flavor. Poke your nose into the glass and take a sip of this Robert Vic Delicate White. Unique notes linger on your nose and tongue. You'll taste tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, but also hints of soft apricots and candied figs. The floral notes are thanks to the Roussanne grape, setting this Robert Vic wine apart from all other white wines.
