Maison La Chenais, meaning "house of the oak," has a long history in the Languedoc. The green oak, symbolizing longevity, stands on the estate and dominates the terrain. It characterizes the area and what the winery stands for. The Vic family grows its grapes here and crafts flavorful wines that beautifully express the unique terroir. These classic wines are bottled with passion combined with tradition. All bottles are sealed with a vinolok, making them resealable. The grapes are carefully harvested at peak ripeness. A strict selection of the best grapes is made. This is the only way to guarantee the high quality of the wine. At the winery, the grapes are then destemmed and carefully pressed. The juice is then fermented at a controlled temperature. This process is closely monitored. After several months of rest, the wine is blended and bottled.
