This historic wine from Renzo Masi has been produced since the early 1950s. The blend consists of Trabbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Chianti, and Chardonnay. The grapes come from the southeastern part of Tuscany, and thanks to the perfect climate, it's an intensely fruity wine with lively acidity.

Three generations of quality wine from Renzo Masi

For over 100 years, Masi has been a household name in the Tuscan wine world. The Fattoria di Basciano winery is located in the heart of the Rufina region near Florence. The family has been producing quality wine here for three generations. Their greatest success came under the leadership of the youngest member of the family, Paolo Masi, who remains at the helm today. Consistent work in the vineyard and the use of the latest technologies have led to improvements in the quality of Masi wines. Today, the winery receives numerous awards for its excellent wines. The Masi family sources the grapes for their wines not only from their own vineyards but also from long-term contract partners who also maintain high quality standards. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and rigorously selected upon arrival at the winery. Only the very best grapes are used for the final juice. After cold maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. The wine is then allowed to mature for a further period before being released to the market.

The fresh and lively acidity of Alido Bianco Vergine

The Alido Bianco Vergine shines in the glass with its light straw yellow color. The aromas are intense and rich, with fresh, fruity notes of apple, pear, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh with lively acidity, smooth, and well-balanced. The finish is pleasant with light mineral hints. Delicious as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with a goat cheese salad or a caprese salad.
