What a delicious, fruity white wine from Campagnola, this Morando Soave! It's made from a carefully selected blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes. The production is handled by the Campagnola winery, which produces this very special Morando series. The winemaking is carried out with great passion and expertise—reason enough to try this series!

Campagnola, a family business for four generations

In 1886, Carlo Campagnola founded the eponymous winery. The estate has been in the family for four generations. The wine cellars are located in Valgatara, Italy. The grapes come exclusively from their own vineyards, as well as from the vineyards of various winegrowers in Soave, Bardolino, Valpolicella, and Gambellara, as well as from farmers in the province of Apulia. The entire selection process is meticulously meticulous. Afterward, they are crafted into beautiful wines in the wine cellars in Valgatara and Apulia. Campagnola uses the latest techniques and equipment. For this Morando Soave, Campagnola selects only the local and characteristic Garganega and Trebbiano grapes. The grapes are carefully selected after harvest and then gently pressed. The winemakers then ferment the must at a low temperature in stainless steel vats where the temperature can be controlled to within a tenth of a degree. This method ensures that the grapes' fruit is preserved in the wine, resulting in a fresh and delicious Soave.

The exotic scents of this Morando Soave

This Soave is straw yellow in color with greenish hints. As soon as you pour it, a pleasant and open aroma greets you. Aromas of exotic fruit and apple are detected. The palate is slightly tart, bitter, with notes of almonds, white currants, gooseberries, and malic acid. It's smooth and easy-going, delightfully light. This Morando Soave is refreshing as an aperitif or with salads, mussels, grilled fish, and white meat.
