Farina Soave Classico is a white wine from the Soave region, located east of the northern Italian city of Verona. The pure Trebbiano grape and the full-bodied Garganega grape create a phenomenal result. Perfection with a capital "P." The grapes are grown in the Classico region, meaning the original Soave region. The grapes are fermented separately after harvest. Farina Soave Classico contains a predominant Garganega grape (85%), which ensures the wine retains its delicious juiciness and fruitiness. The success of this outstanding Farina wine is further confirmed by Harold Hamersma, the Netherlands' most renowned wine journalist. In the most recent issue of De Grote Hamersma, Farina Soave Classico received an impressive 8+, a remarkably high score for a white wine in this price range.
