On the beautiful hills of Lisbon, Fernao Pires, Arinto, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes enjoy the superb climate. The vines are deeply rooted in clay and limestone soil, which allows the grapes to develop their beautiful characteristics. Once the grapes reach optimal ripeness, they are carefully harvested and rigorously selected. In the winery, the grapes are gently pressed, and fermentation follows. This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10 to 12 degrees Celsius. After a few months of rest, the wine is bottled, and we can now enjoy this delicious Regalia white.
The aroma of Regalia White is refreshing and inviting, with delicate floral notes such as white blossom and acacia blending with vibrant citrus aromas like lemon and lime. There are also subtle fruity hints of peach and pineapple, creating a seductive scent. At first sip, Regalia White reveals its refreshing and balanced flavor profile. The mouthfeel is lively and crisp, with a lovely acidity that maintains freshness. The palate is captivated by notes of juicy citrus fruits like grapefruit and lime, complemented by subtle hints of green apple and a touch of exotic fruit. The wine has a refined minerality and a refreshing finish.
