Guillaman's refined sweet wine, made in the Moelleux wine region. Harvesting the grapes very late results in a high sugar content, giving this Guillaman Gros Manseng Moelleux its natural sweetness. So, not just any sweet wine, but quality wine par excellence. The aroma reveals notes of green apple, lime, minerals, and a subtle sweetness of ripe white fruit, including pear and yellow apple. The palate of this Guillaman Gros Manseng Moelleux is rich and full of notes of apple, citrus, and grapefruit, with a fresh, pleasant acidity. Pleasant and juicy, but above all, a good degree of sweetness.
