The vineyards of St. Martin

This white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes. This grape thrives particularly well in Languedoc-en-Roussillon, a large wine region in southeastern France. The St. Martin vineyards are planted along the coast, stretching for 200 kilometers. A perfect location, in our opinion. Because the vineyards are so close to the coast, a gentle sea breeze blows through them at night, keeping the St. Martin Chardonnay Reserve wonderfully fresh! Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the fruit in this exquisite white wine.
