The Art of Making Bolla Chardonnay

After careful harvesting, only the ripest and healthiest grapes are selected. During pressing, the must remains in contact with the skins, contributing to enhanced aromas and a richer structure. Fermentation takes place under controlled conditions, followed by partial malolactic fermentation to give the wine its freshness and balance.
